Hello! Character Creation is a very important process in this site, the backbone of every good adventure comes from having great characters! Good Characters come from Good Writers, and as such we as a team must make sure that each of our members become the best writer they can be by supporting their strengths and helping them overcome their weaknesses.
Character Creation Rules:
Rule #1: When Commenting on other Member's characters, always remember to be respectful and give constructive criticism. Bashing and undermining a member's character is detrimental to the creation process and will not be tolerated.
Rule #2: Know that there are things that certain people will not change about their characters. Suggesting a change is fine, pestering someone to make it is not. A Character is a Member's own work, and they have the final word on it, you do not.
Rule #3: Only Characters go in the Character Creation Board, and only in a Member's Character(s) Board and the Character Chat Thread can there be discussions about said Character(s). If a discussion of a character shall appear anywhere else the post will be deleted unless it was there for a specific reason.
Rule #4: Do not rip-off somebody else's Character! Copying and Pasting their Character Sheet and only changing the name does not count as a new Character and is detrimental to the creative process within the Roleplay, always try to come up with Original Ideas! If not, you can always leave a Work-In-Progress CS and have your fellow Team Members help you with it!
Rule #5: All Characters are to start off as beginners in whatever Class they are. That is so say, no one is a super powerful wizard/fighter from the get-go, and it prevents people from becoming too plot-relevant early on!
Thank you!
